Please join us for the 31st Annual Red Shield Symposium on Thursday, September 17, 2026. The Red Shield Symposium is an in-person and virtual webcast designed for donor advisors to stay current on estate planning, understand how legislation impacts charitable giving, and learn how The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division support clients' philanthropic goals.

The Red Shield Symposium offers both In-Person or Virtual Webcast option. Attendees can earn 6.5 hours of continuing education credits, including 1.5 hours of ethics, for a range of certifications

Please note that ethics hours apply as general credit for CFP. No partial credit is available at this time.

The in-person webcasts organized by the philanthropy teams of The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division are held in the following cities: Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, Oakbrook Terrace, Peoria, Quad Cities, Rockford, Springfield, The Loop, Northshore and Freeport.
